I say it'd be slightly irresponsible of them to hide it on something not static..
Let's not forget it is a Free search, and Puzz/Ade not only give up alot of there time on these, they also offer a Free Prize as well. How can you moan at them for that.

Sorry if it sounded like I was moaning, I was only saying that on something like a boat, it's likely to be found by the crew that clean it. Maybe irresponsible was the wrong word to use, but I still say it's not the best idea to hide it on something like that.

Apologies again if I've offended anyone. Just expressing my opinion.

Been trying to think of another meaning to the word eurofighter. A bit of a shot in the dark but I wondered if it could be something to do with a war. i.e. HMS Belfast or something like that.
Hope this does not bring on fits of giggles
I think we should go to the pub, get completely out of our heads, come back read the clue and it would all fall into place.

To solve them, then, we'd need to do the inverse of getting drunk. Right, I'm off to Starbucks for some extra strong expresso!

Any more thoughts people? directly from thames clippr website.

Come forward 4 times, right? Assuming the boats start from royal censored pier, wouldnt that be Greenland pier? or Masthouse terrace pier?

What now?

Well, you start by PMing me the answer :P

Or, to be more fair, if you are sure that you'll not get over here you could just post your theory :)

Hello all,

Am new to the forum, but have been searching for these little treasures for months! Only just managed to get my account activated, although I feel like I know some of you already!

Thought I might be at an advantage for this one as I'm from Cirencester which is several miles from Kemble. Ran with the idea of the Typhoon Thames Clipper for a bit; spent all of Sunday either on the Typhoon or searching the docks which could be considered 4 forward from the Kemble end (Bankside, London bridge and Tower piers). Definitely on the wrong track I think as it all just seemed wrong. I even flirted with the idea of the HMS Belfast being the 'Eurofighter'; played a big part in WWII? Fought for Europe? This is desperate isn't it? More brainstorming needed!
Ich wandle still, bin wenig froh,
Und immer fragt der Seufzer: Wo?
Im Geisterhauch tönts mir zurück,
Dort, wo du nichts bist, dort ist das Glück.

I think the Thames clipper is right, you just need to get off on the right stop. Personally i think i know where it is, but as someone said, we must be close as no extra clue has arisen.

Just a thought - is there a viewing section on the QE2 pier to the right of the embarkation point. I have seen pictures on the internet of the Quantum Cloud taken from reasonably close up. Perhaps you need to back off from the clipper (come forward) and turn to the right. Four steps, four panels, four posts or something. Any signs that the coin could be wedged behind ?

I think the last part of the clue pinpoints the coin, not the area.
