Howdy yall new at this help please?

Ok so im new to this whole Isis thing. Cracked the clues in 3 hours i have the 11th clue. Im pretty sure i released the third BB but when I do clue number 6 nothing happens at all. I think I know what should happen (not gonna say) I just don't know what im doing or not doing wrong. I know you guys aren't allowed to tell me what to do but any nudge would be appreciated.

You're right...-there is not much help to get, only support that you are on the right track...
