i opend my isis... no problem.... i took photo to prove it was open... but did not include a piece of paper with my forum username.... was not aware of the 5% club until afterwards....

closing the isis i followed the instructions, but before it was fully closed the lock sprung.... now its half open, and cant unlock it again....

I cant get into the 5% club for help....

my issue is now this.... there is no way i am going to pay sonic warp 25 quid to 'repair it'... and i am looking at the sale of goods act.... if the thing can be 'broken' by following the instructions, it does not meet the requirements for the sale of goods act... i will be sending it back to firebox..... for a refund

If you followed the reset instructions correctly, then you will be able to open it again. If you didn't follow the reset instructions correctly then there are still ways and means of getting it open.

the stage your at you can still unlock the isis its no problem.

did you note the number on the inside?

if so just PM that to Anash27 with the photo of it open and a photo of how it is now and he will point you in the right direction, or just email SW with the same info; contacts list on the main page.

yeah, noted the number, entered it on the website.... picked a pyramid... solved the clue... i am of on wednesday to claim my coin....

Hi Smartybones,

It is possible to open your ISIS again from this stage, just follow the clues as normal ... as long as you followed the reset instructions correctly that is

Did you have a Key within your ISIS? If not, you'll need to wait for your key to be delivered before you can go after a pyramid.

I didnt know... i thought they had replaced the key with the riddle thing....

aggghhhh...

how long do they take to send the key.... I am getting really fed up with sonicwarp....

i have enjoyed the puzzle, but the fact the thing can be screwed up so easy once its been opened is on delicate water.... plus they have not given me the password checker credit i have paid for is another issue....

if there is a delay in sending the key... i will not be a happy bunny...

Hi,

I'm sure SW will send your key out asap, but due to the holidays and interrupted post, you may not get your key in time for your day off on Wednesday

If I'm remembering correctly, there is a warning on the reset instruction page. It is a hard puzzle, and it's not easy to reset. Once you gain access to the 5% club (Anash27 should be able to sort it for you), we'll be able to help you open it from there

i hope so.... i havent told anyone else in the house how to open it, and the missus cant wait to have a go.....
