I hope this is relevant to the group/forum.
I returned my Ramisis to Sonic Games UK back in November 2024 for repair as one of the layers was no longer clicking.
The repair service cos 50.00 GBP, to be paid upfront.
After they received the puzzle I was emailed by Andrew Reeves (the company owner/designer) asking "What's the problem?"
As the puzzle designer I'd have though he would've noticed the problem, no?
Then I was told, "earliest I can sort it is January 2025".
I felt his response was pretty dismissive and more importantly I have not received any updates on my repair nor has the puzzle been returned.
Has anybody else used the repair service and if so, how was your experience?
