I got the extreme kuku this past week and i too can count the pins. I managed to get it to budge, but thats it.

Devil is a lot more tight... VERY slight movement between the layers...

Would you recommend getting the Devil Kuku? I watched YouTube on opening the regular (a couple of years ago when it looked like I would never find one.)

I carry mine everywhere. I know what to do I just cannot do it...
It makes a great fidget toy.
I've carried it around most of my state by now!
So I guess it depends. Some people will not like it, some will. I like things that are challenging and do not mind being stuck, so I recommend it for those who feel the same
I've also done an extreme that I bought 2nd hand and resold. It was much much much easier (and it's not 'easy') IMHO

It's very easy to understand the mechanism behind the puzzle, but to achieve the right movement, is just....
Was there suppose to be a gold coin inside?
