Unlocked my ISIS, tried putting back together and its broke

Yeah, you heard right. I solved my ISIS and (following the close instructions) can't put it back together. I know I should ask this question in the 5% forum, but anash27 didn't let me in. Can someone who's solved it pm me or post here how to fix this? It won't close all the way, and it twists around a little.

I emailed anash27 and sent him a picture of it opened, but I forgot to show a paper with my forum name. So then I sent him pictures of my forum name, closed isis, and my desk (so he could see it was taken on the same desk). He said if I sent him those pictures, then he would let me into the 5% club, I haven't heard from him in weeks.

It's messed up now. There's a 1/4 centimeter gap so the (middle ring) can slide up and down, its not secured. And when I try twisting (the two hemispheres), they won't lock in place and move around a bit.

Is your Isis locked (ie you can't get it open from where you are)?

the two sections can rotate a little.

I can't get in the 5% forum to get help. And everyone's like "how do we know you solved it"...they think they're so special becuase they opened it. It's not hard to do at all.
I can't get half descent help at all!

Easy, I was just trying to see what kind of state it's in. I never said anything about being special or whatever. I was just trying to reach out to you. But whatever, bring it back to TSI, you can't exchange it. I've been where you're at and mine is open again. Thats all I'll say

If its so easy to open, do it again. No ISIS is welded shut, it can be opened again. And for your info The Sharper Image will give you less info then what you will get here.

1. Open it again using the same method you did before.

2. info@sonicwarp.com to find out where to send it for repair.

Quite frankly I think your just being rude!

If what you say is true the it's just another superb example of why people should wait to get into the 5% club before excitment takes hold and you land up stressing at everybody because you can't reopen your sexy spherical paperweight

And as cslrobert said, if it's that easy to open then it shouldn't be that hard to do it again

Resetting the ISIS instructions are posted on the ISIS website. Of course you actually have to open the ISIS and then register it before being given the reset instructions.

If you closed the ISIS and have a small gap because it did not shut entirely, it can be opened again. I myself locked it shut incorrectly, but then later re-opened it.
