Could it really be in Ireland or is that a red herring? Would be nice if it was over there. Now that really would be a nice weekend away 8)
Definately dont recognise it so I'm hanging on in there for No.4.

I wondered if it was suggesting a nearby recreational area. Looked at an aerial view of the area and there possibly are some small parks. The building seemed far too easy to find. The problem is that when I go inside those type of places I never want to leave

Great, another Isis where I have no doubt I'm in the right place, the clue fits, but can find nothing. I checked everywhere I could see/think that would not involve interfering with property but no luck.

I was in the vicinity of the Irish quarter today so decided to have a look. I see what Opifex meant, this is a strange one on a fairly busy urban road so its difficult to investigate anything without looking suspicious. There are CCTV cameras around aswell. There are a derelict buildings around, some with half shut security blinds. I did wonder if blind was possibly linked to sun blind but couldn't find anything taped or lodged behind. Eventually went into the building in the picture and after a few minutes noticed a high alcove just above eye level but within arm's reach of the public that contains a sculpture of a shining sun. I was convinced this had to be it. So I asked a member of staff about the Isis Adventure to which he replied "never heard of it mate". After explaining my idea to him he got right up and looked down into the alcove and removed the sculpture confirming to my dissapointment that there was nothing in there. So still no nearer I'm afraid. There are two trees opposite (sun still shines possibly a reference to greenery in an urban area) which have very high branches and no leaves. They are in the front garden of a block of flats so not really something you can look at closely without arousing suspicion.
The Guinness was nice though.

Yeah, I just got a load of suspicous looks from the Caribbean people when I was poking around, never mind CCTV for making you feel self- conscious.

Checked the trees, the one nook reachable was only filled with berries, no fishing line either. Saw the candle-holder, nothing there. Re-checked the far southerners' place, still nothing. Very disheartening. Either somebody's swiped it or it's in a stupidly safe place.

I think this is where you should go back to looking, maybe there is a crack near the alcove at floor level or higher up.
Go on have another look.

I still havent got a clue where the pic is
