Oh the adrenaline, the excitement, but maybe I'm reading into this too lightly. Off to see a Shamen ( oh the shame of recollecting such tripe  )

I kind of had a look at this one, but am not certain enough of the location to go for a trek. Has anyone else come up with the cambridgeshire area?

Nothing specific, but I found this:

Ebenezer's house was Anstey Hall in Trumpington

It's not too far from me, but I'm not going unless I can get more of the clue to fit. Google Earth shows some open space around it, but I'm not sure whether it's public.

I could only find one place with a library, cannons, a derelict building that once had the name Mary in its title, and about a mile from Ebenezer's house. Not in Cambridgeshire though !! We had a look around on Saturday but didn't find anything. I had hoped there might have been a way marker with the name Mary, but nothing that we could see. The building itself was a possibility, plenty of cracks in brickwork. We saw someone else with a camera appear from behind the building, which is unusual as its not on a thoroughfare so at least one person may have had the same idea.

Probably in totally wrong part of the country but a good day out as we wanted to visit a nearby place of historical interest.

I definitely wasn't looking there, I was well south of Carlisle - probably why I didn't find it !! - Best of Luck don't let the weather put you off.

still don't know if it's right and the search area is massive at the moment - too many reference points for comfort.

I'd got as far as Welwyn Garden City with Mr Googles help. There seems to be a park relating to Ebanezer and I assume the other elements could be there. Let us know if anyone else comes up with the same idea.
