Not got the proof piccie sorted out yet but will do. Having had a good look around the area in the obvious and not so obvious places, I'm at a bit of a loss as to where it could be, whatever it is. Without giving too much away, there was a cracking hiding place where nobody but an Isis hunter or a really nosey kid would dream of looking and right by the inscription too. We had a good look but all I found was smelly mud and cobwebs (oh the joys of Isis hunting).

Thanks for the help. But knowing that a few have already searched the area I'm not really that hopeful of finding anything

Postby PUZZ » Mon Nov 05, 2007 9:48 pm

Yep,

I really thought I was going to get there and find it was gone, but as soon as I saw all was intact, I knew I had just knackered myself out for nothing :x
Ah well it was a nice day and cleared out a few cobwebs - again ! :D

Most Free search

Postby PUZZ » Tue Nov 06, 2007 9:02 am

Folks,

neary all the free searches we do now are done using the sonicwarp silver coins. This way if someone by accident finds it we dont loose a full Isis puzzle, and in addition all silver coins have a unique 10 digit number and SW details embossed on the coins.

Silver Coins

Postby firescarab » Tue Nov 06, 2007 2:43 pm

Are the SW Silver coins metal or are they silver plastic? If plastic, which is what I've been lead to believe a metal detector won't work.

Hello

Must say this is a great game and i am really looking forward to getting into it, but puzz, can i ask without being rude, what proof is there that these things are actually being found? Of course when people post they found them fair enough, but what of the ones which we dont hear about? Would you post exact locations of when they are found etc and by who, or does that give too much away?

Great concept and game.

Free searches - Proof

Postby PUZZ » Tue Nov 06, 2007 9:00 pm

In rely to this question, I assume you mean are we just making it up, and that we arent really hiding isis coins and that the people who are finding them are fictitious, hmmmmm - I dont think so....

PM the people who have found them, PM the people that find the pictures that we photograph on location, PM the people who have found them and have won gold.

Best way of course to get proof, is find one yourself :D
