Ugh - friend closed my Isis!

Hey guys - this may get moved to the 5% forum, but since I don't have access to it yet (awaiting response), I figure I'll ask here.

I opened my Isis yesterday, and a friend decided to close it back up. It's at what appears to be the 180 stage, but here's the prob: i never had to deal with that stage, so it's now stuck, and I can't seem to get it open. I'll keep working at it, but if anyone can PM me if you've encountered this... situation... before, and have an idea where to go, I'd appreciate it.
