getting older need hep

ok so i get my isis last september or november and for a fe months i have a go but then i just give up and its been sitting on my desk shelf for months. Then i wake up this morning and i decide to try again.

so ive gotten to the point Where the plunger dosent go all the way down but i dont know what to do now

Any pointers please?
