Placentas 180

Postby Dan_E » Thu Jun 28, 2007 7:16 pm

Hi guys,

I've been playing with my Isis for a few days (I've got blisters on my thumb to prove it  ). I can regularly get the placentas to 180

Well,

I am still only at the placentas 1cm apart stage and no amount of anything I do 11th clue etc. seems to achieve anything. :(

Wish I could get mine to the 180 degrees apart stage.

I wish I could get to the 1cm stage!

I'm *sure* I have the third ball bearing, but from what I read here it seems that once you've got it, it goes to the 1cm stage straight away. :-/

The 3rd ball bearing has norelation to the 1cm stage, when you have the 3rd BB you will hear it ;)

Apparently there are at least 2 different ways to open an Isis according to the forums here and elsewhere. :o

Also apparently some of the help described elsewhere mixes both ways up!

For me to get to the 1cm placenta apart stage I use Clue 5 only, but not Clue 11 at all :D

I am not even sure if doing it my way to get to the 1cm apart stage will ever open the Isis????

Have tried doing it the other way including the Clue 11 stage, but nothing ever seems to happen!

Really struggling to open mine even with hints from others... :(

Ah, in that case I *know* I have three ball bearings, but this 1cm stage is completely evading me :-(

Hints, anyone?

Follow all the written clues in odrer, don't try to skip anything. Do you understand the 11th clue?

Thanks :)

I've had the 3rd ball bearing out since the first day I got my ISIS, but I've not "progressed" at all since then :(

I've followed the first few clues in many different ways, and finally yesterday (with help from a pair of rubber gloves) something went "click" and the placentas are now 1cm apart... now I can get to that stage easily, but when they're apart the balls are silent but the plunger still happily depresses all the way...

Damnit, I felt such a sense of achievement when it started to move, now I'm just stuck again :( I'm certifiably useless!

HappyHannah,

Please may I ask you a question? :)

I have tried and tried to get the 3rd ball bearing free using the 11th clue, but I cannot tell at all if it is or isn't free. How do you know so surely? I can't hear any difference with my Isis. :(

if u cant hear any difference, you are not employing clue 11 with enough "effort".

Trust me, you can definately hear the difference when the 3rd ball is in play! The two smaller ones sound very similar - I guess they are the same size - but the 3rd is larger... you can hear it rattling around with a deeper tone :-)

When I was performing the 11th clue, I did it from a height of about 1.5' above a (thinly) carpeted floor, with the placentas facing upwards. Not sure if this helps :-)
