Funny you should mention it but I did find a pen with a broken partially bitten top in the area but considered it not to be part of the hunt as it only had a name and no number on it.

BIG SMELL....

I'd just booked a B&B to go hunt this tomorrow... oh, well a visit to the Sheep Brewery and a few Cache bags 'll have to do instead.

I can't be bothered driving down south for July2, mind you I have got it down to Star post 6 and 5. If only it wasn't for the MOD's and their bikes.

so last wednesday im happily watching Dragons Den repeats when 2 guys try to get some money for a very pretty looking puzzle. Hmmm 'I like puzzles' and this is the apple mac of the puzzle industry - cool and good to look at. Wondering how much it is, I start the google search adventure. I find the website to be dissapointed by an out of reach 100quid for student. Oh well i'll put it on the christmas list but no what do i see "Free Search" That sounds like my kind of price.

So lets have a look at the puzzles then. Hmmm a train and some numbers... off we go to google with the phrase '69335
train'. Easly thins throws up preserved train cars. With a bit of wikipedia help it isnt too hard to confirm that the Wensleydale railway has an electrical multiple unit (EMU) buffet car number 69335. After digging on the Wensleydake railway website you'll find a picture of thomas even. So location is sorted just got to get there.

Turned out Thursday night i was off to York for a friends birthday party - a very convenient 30min drive from Wensleydale. Friday morning rolls around and im stood on the platform at The wensleydale railway on what could turn out to be a 150mile wild goose chase.

Off we head into the first train which is sign posted buffet car. we find seats 19 and 20. Nothing not a bean. oh well onwards to the next carrage which is where we spotted 69335 above a doorway - the previous carrage was the wrong train (doh!). On the correct train carrage we again find seats 19 and 20 and there we found..... nothing - sod all again nothing under the seats at all. a bit perplexed but nowhere near giving up off we set to check outside the carrage at the coresponding location when my friend Dan spots something.

For some reasong the seats next to seats 19 and 20 are also 19 and 20 - 2 sets of seat called 19 and 20, stupid British Rail... Underneith one of these seats is of course the wonderful suprise of a golfball enscribed in no expences spared feltpen "free isis search" along with a code number and a phone number. and thus concludes the first chapter of july 3 of 3
