The Isis Adventure

So I've been twisting and shaking my Copernisis (gold) on and off for over a year now, and so far nothing have happend. I've mainly been focusing on the secret compartment, as I've learned from the forum that it contains some kind of equation that's needed to solve the puzzle. But the secret compartment just wont come open. It opens a tiny bit, as you can se on the picture below, but beyond that point it's just stuck.

I don't really know how to approach without this equation. I know that the puzzle have been solved without the equation, but I don't see much fun in just moving the rings at random and hoping it will pop open. I wonder if anyone have had the same problem and how they've moved on?

You will get the compartment open!!! Think outside the box go and listen to it in a very quiet place while moving it

I've might made some progress now ...

I decided to play around with the planets while watching tv, and something odd happend. While holding the Copernisis in a specific way I noticed that the 4 inner planets remained in a locked position. While these were completely stuck, the 5th planet could still me move around. At first i thought i had opened the puzzle, but the key chamber didn't seem to move at all. I also noticed that I could move the 4 inner planets freely again if I held the puzzle diferently.

I don't really want to change the position of the planets if I'm on to something, but it seems a bit wired that only 4 of the planets lock in this position. Some advice at this point would be nice ?
