Copernisis NK golden ticket claim

After some fiddling around, I managed to open the Copernisis NK I purchased a found the desired copernisis golden ticket.
So I claimed the a real Copernisis (as was advertised for being the reward on finding one of the golden tickets) by sending a mail to cgt@copernisis.com, mentioning the puzzle number, the ticket reference and my personal information.
That should be enough right? (I think I read the instructions carefully...)
Well apparently not; I got no feedback at all nor did I physically receive anything.
I've tried to get any information by sending an additional mail... no response. by Inquiry form... same result: no response.
This is a shame: I would expect at least any feedback when paying £39 for this 'golden ticket chance'...!
Any suggestions what to do??
