A bit quicker than I had expected, but it is open.
Again I must congratulate Puzz and the Sonic team for producing a top rate puzzle.
You are all going to love this one.

Gratz! :)

I still don't even have any idea where to start with this one :p

I'm good with mechanical stuff, not so much with the brain ;)

Cool! Well done steve! :D
Was it luck or did you figure it out from the clues given?

Obviously I can’t say too much at the moment

I believe that we make our own luck.....so.....sort of, but was I just plain lucky?.....no.
bluesign2k wrote:or did you figure it out from the clues given?
I didn't realise that there were online clues available till after I had opened it, so I did not use any of them. Maybe if I had, I would have opened it sooner.
I did get a clue from a "secret compartment", I had fun trying to work that out....did it help?......can't say.
I do know that it would have opened yesterday if only I had been more patient/gentle.

Hmm, interesting :) Well done though :D I can't see mine being open any time soon, Im still trying to figure the "secret compartment" clue and figuring out if there's some kind of reference point to correctly orient the two halves.

Am I right in thinking that it's not possible to fully dismantle after solving like isis 1 & 2 were... I love seeing the insides after finishing a puzzle, but this one looks like the lid snaps on :(

Steve,

A couple of quesions!

1. Where are the online clues? - I wanted to have a look before i decide whether i'm going to invest in one of these.
2. Can the puzzle be reset?

The fact that you've opened it so quickly has put me right off, given it only took me 20-mins to open the isis and not that long to get into the Ramisis, especially if it's not easily resetable.

Cheers,

Richard...

Hi Richard,

A couople of answers!

1. HERE COPERNISIS Decryption Files. (£5.00 each)
2. I haven’t reset mine yet but I don’t see any reason why it shouldn't be easily reset.

Sometimes seeing folk opening expensive high end puzzles quickly could be off-putting, I can see where you are coming from,
I think with the Copernisis it is different, once you have figured out how to open it you should be able to open it very quickly on future attempts.
I think it will be a great pocket puzzle, I want to get a little carry bag for it, it would be a good one for passing round an office for example.
Just for you to get it back and show all your pals that it is not rocket science to open it, you just need patience and the sensitive touch.

Cheers,

Steve....

Steve when I set my "planets" and turn the top they click around with it not when they are ment to does that make sense??? Its ment to glide around am I right ??? If they click around if I just set them back does that make a difference ??

Rotating the two halves of the puzzle just opens up the opportunity to find more combinations for the planets.
Some of my rings rotate with the top half some of the time, it didn't stop me solving it.
