US Copernisis Arrival

Postby walther » Mon Nov 22, 2010 5:35 pm

I have received my LE Copernisis, so it looks like they should start showing up in US mailboxes soon. Didn't get #1 but I did get #2 :) of course #3 would have gone better with my other puzzle set   Just happy to have it.

Great to see the Copernisis on US soil [or in this case counter top]

Still havent gotten mine, makes sense though I ordered one of the last LE so I figure I'll probably be waiting till mid December. I have no problem with that since I know its coming I just want to get a crack at it before too many people open it.

Can't wait until we get them in the "cheap seats" I hope I get it before Christmas, or before some other ****** comes out and I have to split my puzzle time between the two of them.

Copernisis arrived (finally) today. Only five months late! It was supposed to be my birthday present.
I've been told this was one of the last of the first batch of Copernisis, so good luck! If you haven't gotten yours yet, I'll cross my fingers for you and hope it arrives before the new year!

Riiight.
Just like the numerous guarantee's and promises that fell through and were never backed up?!
We'll see.

Either way, I have mine (finally), after 6 months of lies and false promises. What did those guarantee's get me?

I suppose I can't say 'nothing'. After every promise came to naught, eventually the package found its way to me.
At this point, I'm hardly enthused.

Ok...for all the people upset...
heres the dark alternative to your current situation.
i have mine..pretty certain i know whats up...figured out the secret clue thingy ma bobber...
now....nothing.....no clue...havent touched it in 3 days.....whilst solving my other puzzles they incurred quiet a bit of "wear"...
not interested in doing that to this one...
so i wish mine was still in the mail like you guys.... :|.
im not supporting SW's horrible customer service or their inability to meet deadlines they them selves set.
im just saying there are worse things than waiting.

disclaimer:Previously SW's CS was just "what it is"...with no comparison available we just had to take it as "thats how they are over there"..but now that there is a "sister company" providing comparisons for us it is not slander ,it is a fact.
that being said...i am confident Andrew Reeves is "doing the best he can",...and a person can not really ask for more than "the best they can"...can we?
I have talked myself blue in the face trying to improve the parts of SW's overall "Game"...to no avail.....The anger at the extended waits is really the only complaints i have ever had...but when i get a new one...its all good.
the fact we even get to interact with the actual inventor is quite rare....here you would deal with a CSR or salesman(CSR=customer service rep)...
I love the products i have....never have i recieved a "subpar product"....
So thank you Andrew Reeves for letting me tag along as you invent, and not making us all wait until your whole line was already invented, and mass produced...
I joined te 500 club for the oppertunity to "sponsor a Inventor" ,knowing full well inventing takes alot of trial and error.

in closing.....not sure how those two opened their Copernisis' in 1 day..but mines being a real pain in the @#$&.....
i cant be the star everytime anyway

That is definitely not "the Puzz way" of opening your Copernisis, and it is also not the way i did it
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
