Lemme get this straight...

Postby gtfan179 » Mon Dec 27, 2010 11:02 pm

So I just received my Copernisis. Looks absolutely beautiful. When I go to enter my number and get the encrypted clues... There are none. I have to buy them?! seriously?! So i guess since I don't want to spend the money to buy all 5 i just start rotating I guess. To anybody who has the clues: Do I need them? Are they worth it? Or can I just move on with my life and do this puzzle? Thanks

Another quick question about the secret compartment. Does it have a method to get it out or just kinda rotate until it pops out?

Honestly, I must disagree with that statement.
Either you need more info than what is in the secret compartment,
or you don't need the info from inside the secret compartment at all.
Reading the forum may be more useful than buying the clues.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

I gotta agree with LouIsis on that one. Key information is missing. It seems just as easy not to bother with equations at all...

I have bought three of the clues(and no I will not let anyone Know what they are) I have still not registered mine as being opened as I want to get into the 1% club. The only way to actually work out the Puzz method will intale the full sulution I'm psototive I have 99% of it as I have made a couple of guess but still need to work a small detail out and it should be bingo :D :D :D

So are the clues worthwhile? I mean, are they actually helpful, despite being charged a hefty sum for the whole lot( close to 40 US dollars, a significant percentage of the Copernis cost)? I didn't need them for the Isis, but found them online later and felt they were pretty worthless, even without paying for them.

I ended up buying 2 clues cause I wanted to see if they helped at all. They kinda help but you can probably get on without then. once I make some money at my internship I might end up buying the rest of them but for now I'm stripped for cash lol.

You could fiddle with this puzzle for ages and get nowhere, so the clues do help. Some really excellent puzzlers have opened it with out the clues because basicly they can adjust there minds to work out what is going on inside. I have opened mine but as yet still do not know how the internal mechanics work(this is why I can not get into the 1% club). Strange though the guys who opened it the other way do not know the soulotion to the puzzle. When all said and done we have a 50/50 split here     8)
