Oh yes there are several Dutch adventurers on here.
But (as you know) the Dutch freesearches are discussed don the Dutch forum (see signature).
One of them was very, very nearly found recently, (bijna, bijna, maar net niet helemaal !-).
I can't find (much about) the free searches in Holland either!
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

I noticed on the Sonicwarp website that all the Dutch searches are marked FOUND, but as I recall correctly, on the Dutch forum they said that was incorrect. Does anybody know if the Dutch searches are still on? And which ones have really been found? I still have some ideas about one of the searches.

The one in the north and the one in the coast area are still there. The '2 rivers' one in Belgium is also still there.

Since Amerone quit the Isis adventure, I am unsure who would provide the Isis puzle in case you find one (token).
If you are seriously after them, you could ask Amerone or SW about it (and post the reply here please).

Puzzling, isn't it?
Good luck!

Thanks, I'll write to SW. Of course it's puzzling, but that's what we're here for isn't it?!

Check the general discussion. The Dutch searches are still live. :D

Hi all,

Andrew Reeves asked me to let you all know that all free searches worldwide are still live. Also the Amerone searches were supplied by Sonicwarp (Sonic Games) and are still available.

Good hunting!

Hi,
I'm a Belgian adventurer and the last item I read on the Amerone forum, was that both searches where still there,
the one between the books, but also this one,
(I don't know if he is written in english too, I only got it in dutch, so sorry for those who can't read it)

Van oude scheepstoebehoren en hout
je lengte bepaald de richting
laat de watertoren links en achter je
ga op zoek naar de vogels
maar loop haar voorbij
op het bord staan er verschillende aangeduid,
neem de meest linkse

I don't know if I translate it, it would still mean the same, so I'm not going to try it :)

If you solve this one, you should find a coin.
and if you find it, let us know ;)

Thanks, I thought I read somewhere that that one was found, but I could be mistaken... :)
Don't worry about the Dutch, after all it was meant for Belgian and Dutch adventurers.

Aren't you going to search for them?

I just had my key last week for the belgian pyramid search, but since I had to wait so long, I started to doubt my password.
I haven't got the chance to go look for free searches. maybe in the holidays :)
Anyway, I wish you good luck in your search!

Hi all,
Back again for the first time since a long time. How is everything going here? I persued some other interests in the last year, but recently the Isis bug has been iching again. So I'm ready to start doing some free searches. Are the Dutch searches still on?? I will also see if I can do something with the Kuku code, since that one has been up for months already.

Hi Dion,

Nice to see/read you again.
Both currently listed Dutch free searches have not yet been found, even though the (notoriously unreliable) status reported on the freesearch information pages says they are.
Since Amerone stopped being a distributor long ago, SonicGames should take over the responsibility to send you a free puzzle should you find a coin.

Do you happen to be at the Dutch Cube Day next weekend?

Hey Lou,

No, I didn't know there was an event this weekend and it is a bit late to make arrangements to go. I take it you're going? Maybe I'll go and take a stab at one of those searches and since one of the pyramids is close I might even go and have a look there, although I'm sure the gold coin has already been taken from that Pyramid (probably by you). I'm contemplating to buy a Copernisis at this stage, but I kind of told myself I could only get one once the Ramisis was open. Maybe that should be my goal this weekend, together with solving the last Kuku picture. So, I still have a lot to do. :D

After a long absence I've decided it was time to pick up the search again. I managed to open my Ramisis....finally...last night. The Copernisis (which I won with a golden ticket from the Copernisis NK!) still eludes me. I have an Iball Elite, but I recall reading somewhere that they were to be exchanged for new ones, so I can't go online with it. So since friends have taken me on my first proper geocache hunt I've gotten enthousiastic about the free searches again! Has anyone been active in these searches recently? As I posted here a year ago I still aim for the double hit with the pyramid and the free search 11 in the NL. It's still up right?
