that kinda looks like a Bouey or whatever it is that floats out in the water for ships to use as guiding, an oil tower lol *shrugz* good luck on that one.

this clue screams port wine [the double ref: port and drunk] maybe a winery? but puzz isnt much for screaming so that might be a red herring.

I think that it's an army hut like you get at the front gate, But it would have to be near to the sea i would think to go with the port bit or navy water and boats. Don't know where though.

Why do you think i mentioned the bouy float thing in the ocean because of the horizon looks like water not to mentionthe riddle is referencing to "Port" so could be meaning left side or talking about a boat. though that would be kinda neat to hide a coin on one of them just drive a boat up to it, lord knows not many ppl are going to be inspecting those floating things on a daily basis
