Hope nothing was taken from the Cache and it was placed back where it was found.... nothing worse than a muggled cache box.

Remember this happening in Dundee (Feb free search)... Ade had signed the logbook.

Trig Point

Postby cliveawalsh » Fri Dec 14, 2007 5:23 pm

I went to the trig point today. Its a bit of a trek.

If it is there then I didnt find it. Although I have sent puzz some pics for verifivation about something.

The trig point is a bit muddy at this time of year and I wouldnt advise taking a dog (sheep) or a pram (narrow paths)

I,ve have taken some photos can someone tell me how to up load them. So I can share them. Is this the red herring. Has anyone been to the trig point yet?

Where else did you look while you were there? From the clue I am almost certain I know the exact location, I just don't want to do a 240 mile round trip if you've already looked there and didn't find it. That said, I just don't have the time to go there for the next fortnight anyway!

Come on tell us where it was hid. The trig or Dover, I hope it was the trig. After driving to Dover and back, which took 3hours plus. I will be p..s.d if it was Dover and I missed it!

Happend twice to me...
Dundee (2 to 3 hours away), spent two days and no luck (found a day later)
Yorkshire (3 or 4 hours), booked B&B, then was claimed an hour after booking-
Nice weekend away with the wife on both occasions and wouldn't have usually happend so spur-of-the-moment; has been a good year thanks to SonicWarp.

Just think, was it fun while you were there?

I think it was lodged in a gap or around the edge of the tail section of the memorial. I just never had the time to get there before it was found - work is just mental at this time of year!

Well done to the finder - hurry up and post your story
