Unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to check this coin/free search (we couldn't wait for the right one).

I hope you have fun trying.

If someone emails me a picture (to anash27@hotmail.com) of the EXACT location (and I mean to the inch) with a detailed description and I can see that the coin is missing I will consider awarding the free Isis. Until then I can only assume that it is still there.

Many apologies.

Ade, I did not think that you would wait. It's a bit of a drag if you get there at the wrong time. :(

Anyway thanks for trying. As I know the exact Location 8) .

I now exclude myself from this one.

Please don't PM to ask me where.

Lodgecrest I don't understand why you are excluding yourself if you know EXACTLY where it is?!! I'm guessing from Ade's post it's definitely on the boat but if you were there and you knew the exact location. As soon as I'm well again I'm off to the pier!

I'm excluding myself as I feel that Ade has unintentionally let me know the location, and the fun for me is locating the location of the coin not the Isis (I have three already).

Why should I spoil it for someone else.

Good Luck, this one is a tricky one

Anyway I kinda like being on this side of the fence :)

I have searched the Typhoon Clipper and I am sure that there is no hidden coin on it, I also searched round the QEII pier and the Embankment pier, and I found nothing.

It has to be on a boat, you wouldn't wait for a pier.

Ive never been convinced its on the boat, Im sure you have to get off at the right stop and have a look round where the stop is, this is where i think the '4 times' comes in. As for the 'right?' im not 100% on (i have a theory), hoping it makes sense when i get there.

Hopefully going to get to have a look for this next month if it hasnt been found before then. Of course i could just be wasting my time, but hey, im sure it will be fun.

cue lodgecrest to tell me im wrong........... :P

Right?

Right = starboard :?

If it was just right it would depend which way you are facing, hence the question mark.

I have added a dotted line on the above photo of the Cyclone Clipper, this represents the no go zone at the rear of the vessel, in the other photo you can see a guy standing taking a photo at the rear of the boat, he is standing on the public walkway as far back as it is possible to go.
This is a picture of the area between the two rear walkways,

As you can see, there is not really anywhere to hide anything.

This is a photo of the roof covering the rear starboard public entrance into the main cabin.
Image
In the upper left corner of this photo you can see beams holding up the box profile steel roof, this is the standard roof construction for the whole of the rear of the boat, all these little hidey-holes were checked as were all the light fittings and cupboard tops.

It is a coin were are looking for, and not something the size of an Isis BB with some more clever etching on it ??
