Hi,

I just wanted to buy 10 password credits and the money was booked by paypal but in my overview are still 0 password credits listed... Who do I contact now about that? Had the same issue with the mystery picture hint but that was only 2£ and so i didn't care but 30£ for nothing is not acceptable...

I can't remember how much time it took to credit my account since I only bought twice, but it may take a few hours I think. Nevertheless you can email at info[at]sonicgames-uk.com

Yes, I'd echo that - it should come up pretty much straight away, so get in touch with SG.

Thank you for your help! I contacted SG and got a reply and the missing credits quite fast! Now it's time for no. 49 driving me crazy

The credits don't give you hints, only allow you to make multiple guesses within 30 days if it's a virtual pyramid, correct?
