yeah, yesterday was the first day in a long time that i didnt check the SW site. tried to edit my response last night, but my battery died and i wasn't up to trying to log back on. i think its really cool, but i very seriously think anyone will ever fing the thing. even if you have a reletively good idea, it most likely wont be anywhere near where any of us live. and a plane ticket for a guess isnt very ideal.

I would assume that there will be an online checker for the password,
So a plane ticket might not be nessesary to check, but it might be worth it to claim.

Wow, just imagine how tense that plane trip would be!

When I drove up to Yorkshire with the password (about 2hours!) I was convinced that everyone else in the WORLD would suddenly twig what the password was and get there before me! Evilkeen will vouch for that - I must have been hell to sit next to in the car!

Now imagine, instead of that, a 2 hour wait in an airport, followed by a 14 hour flight, followed by another 2 hours getting through customs, followed then by an x-hour drive to the pyramid... and all of this not knowing whether someone else has beaten you to it! Poor Cornett would have to add another month on to this time as he waits for his passport to arrive! :P

This was exactly what I felt like at the time... Good thing I was not driving myself...

But this plane trip issue brings up a nasty thought: suppose ScottyBot is right, and at the end of the plane trip + car drive you find that pyramid, open it, only to find the second riddle (out of 4) ...
No, the more I think of this platinum one, the less I understand SW motifs...

Roll on new gold pyramids!
