Welcome to the forum kyrirhcp,
No local area knowledge is needed to find the location of this pyramid.
I have tried several passwords on the online checker, no joy jet.

I know there is no knowledge of th area needed for the puzzle, but i have an idea of where it is, i just want to make sure so that im more confident!
I imagine the password is tough, i have some ideas around it but im not too sure at this point. i've been looking at some other peoples paths to gold and trying to relate them to this one. How long have you been working on this steve? plus, has there been any information from SW that i might not know about? something like that 'theory of creation' hint?

Havent thrown a single try at the password checker yet. i read somewhere that puzz said that the passwords arent impossible, they have a path that leads you to something and when you come across the word that happens to be the password 'you know'. just like the rest of the puzzle, you know when you're right.. i still havent come across any words that ring that bell..

If you read some of the other pyramid threads, (Yorkshire is a good example) then you will discover mention of "leaps of faith"

yep, i know.. i've heard of them.. still there must be some sort of connection. i'd think that if they are making a puzzle then it needs to be solvable otherwise its not a game anymore. if they wanted to make them truly impossible then they could have

Well I've had a few attempts at this one on the password checker and most of them all felt right, but they weren't. I tried one recently that used up every piece of information and seemed to perfectly tie in all of the loose ends but still it was wrong. Yes they are solvable if you make the right leap but its a 'one to many' mapping and very easy to come up with wrong yet equally feasible alternatives. Just got to get the wrong route out of your head and try another one.

They do not contain any punctuation.

All passwords are in English format

The passwords are supposed to be in English but not 100% sure what that means. The surname of the miss universe contestant that was the password to the IofM pyramid was Vasconcellos. We've also had Caledflwsh and Magna Carta Libertatum so maybe I'm taking this English thing a bit too rigidly. :D

Yes, I'm inclined to agree so why didn't he just say that in the first place ? Oh well that opens up another avenue of ignored possibilities :D
Not sure I would know how to type any non-English characters anyway

Copy and paste usually works, certainly with French and German ascents

All I can say Kyrirhcp is that once you have definitely worked out the right location, then that narrows things down slightly as you know which key words relate to the password.

Better still if you know the 4 letters in the password safely guarded by myself :D
