Pyramids and passwords

News about forthcoming pyramids and coins

Postby ChadH » Tue Nov 06, 2007 9:26 pm

There was a recent pyramid that wasn't password protected, but that's no longer there now. To the best of my knowledge, all of the pyramids require passwords.

That said, if the gold is gone, then a password is not required. The password checker will still act as though a password is required so as to not give away the fact that the gold is gone.

Hope that helps.

Is anyone else just getting 'Pyramid 1' etc. for the clues on the map? It's a bit off that I can access the map but not the clues.

The clues are accessed from the new menu item "Select a Pyramid" on the left!

Couldn't agree more. The whole system needs a win or two about now "pour encourager les autres" especially with Isis Mk2 looming on the horizon.

My wife has had her camera ready since last July waiting for a picture for the local press. The potential PR was probably the main reason for agreeing to the pyramid. I made my offer some weeks ago because I was hourly expecting the the first opening of the pyramid, but everything seems to have gone quiet since then, even this forum. Sue's regrettable experience in Cornwall didn't help much either. It's not the location thats the problem, half the population of the known universe seems to know where we are by now; it's the password that's the killer.

Anyway, ne'er mind, eh! My wife says they named a whisky after me, The Famous Grouch!

Folks,

passwords are still being cracked, VP 27 was solved in last few weeks and another last week too, so it is very possible to solve the passwords.

Brute force is not possible when there is a 3.5 day delay between attempts.
