Can I just answer on open forum a query which has just arisen. A pyramid can only be opened for the first time to claim gold. This requires a password and the key. After that, opening the pyramid to claim silver requires a key only.

Remember my special offer on silver. Good Luck

yeah, its cats'n'dogs here too this morning....

i checked the password i had in the checker and it was wrong.... so without being armed with a valid password i decided to take heed of the weather warnings....

plus i have a toilet floor all ripped up, and put a new floor boards down... i gotta get it finnished so i can tile the floor.... before the trouble starts to complain....

well i for one am loving the yorkshire pyramid and i dont think it would have been half as fun without the doc! i dont really think hes given any clues or id have been there well before now with the amount of time ive spent on this!!

it would be unfair to place it elsewhere now.

by the way, good luck smartybones! let us know how it goes!

Why would it be unfair to re-place it? If nobody has been able to go there with the correct password and open it, we are all equal.

I agree with mammers. The Doc's input has added to the adventure. Of course he has a vested interest or he wouldn't have agreed to host the pyramid but I wouldnt mind betting that SW suggested that by hosting the pyramid he would attract a group of prospective customers that might not normally frequent his shop. As the pyramid is now 9 months old and still unopen its quite understandable that he is trying to point people in the right direction.

Anything that leads to a few pyramids being opened and a few success stories being posted is good for me.

Bring on the clues - Especially one for the Brimingham Pyramid

well, i am back from Doc's palce.... and... not only found the place but.....
Image

Submitted the password.... and guess what!!!! hooorrrrayyyyyy..... i got gold....

well a photo of a gold pyramid to post !!!!

I am not too bothered about not getting it right, I had a good day out, and it was a pleasure to meet Doc and his wife.

Time to get my head back into solving the password.... i don’t think i am too far wrong, and I think I’ll be back that way very soon...

I just thought I would add....

The Doc's involvement of the puzzle for me has added a little more to the whole adventure. There are lots of people crying out for clues and hints. But to be honest, that wouldn’t be fair on the people who found the pyramid the hard way.

Doc adding a few hints here and there have just been a little fun, and i don't believe has compromised anything. Even if you pm him, all you will get back is a riddle even more round the bend than those written by anash and PUZZ.

Also to add.... if anyone pm's you and offers help.... take no notice... they are probably trying to fish for info. Out of all of the people who PM'd me, and there was lots, I believe only two of them were genuine help.... and only one of them has actually been to the pyramid. So beware!!!!
