I don't know where it is either, though I've only had a brief look at the riddle... I think it'll be the next one I look at properly when I give up on Cornwall and Birmingham 
Judging by the amount of people working on this one it'd sure be an achievement to crack it

I don't know where this is either. I searched one of the high streets thoroughly (about three hours I think). But the only reason I did this is because I was nearby the day after I opened the Isis.
I'm not going to spend too much time on it as a) it seems really hard, and b) I doubt I'll be back there for a while.

when we found out that our password was wrong back (this was about the time of page 3) we gave up on the grounds that it was too late and this one was would be taken by the time we found a new password
checking back 3 months later hoping to find a full solution pointing out our mistakes i find we're still in the running
