from what i have seen you can guess each pyramid once a month, and you can buy password checks and "check" the password every 3.5 days. this doesn't mean that if you put the right password into the password checker that you can "collect your reward" until actually click on collect your reward and enter your password. I hope this makes sense.

The time limits are per pyramid. So you could check every single pyramid with the password checker once every 3.5 days.
Bear in mind, if you Claim Your Reward and get the guess wrong you'll have to wait another month - even if you get it right in the password checker.
