Can't believe your a grumpy old man cornett, going without to treat the wife, and even washing her down after the event.!!!

I call that a real softy (no rude comments please)

Why can't I get a guy like that, If I went away for a few days it would be the house needing to be hosed down.

hmm... curious... has anyone gone and found this one yet? or well does it still have gold? heading back home for a few days and wondered if it was worth having another go at this one in case there was still gold or if i could work out the password!

Hi all,

Does anyone know if this riddle changed as a result of the pyramid being moved, and if so what was it before?

Post count = 2 :)

Yep.
It used to be something like:
A fool in big shoes helps beth to dig

It has changed because of the location change, but the password looks to remain the same.

Good luck with it.

I think you are being optimistic there!

On the other hand ...

If you tell me the password, I'll tell you the location (but I'll make sure I get there first! )

This looks like you guys might need a mediator, evilkeen if you tell me the location and Monkey_Stainz if you tell me the password.
I'll decide who will get there first.:D

hihi there!

ive just been reding this forum and i must say im impressed with how well you all seem to be doing! i am a little confused though....i thought that the password checker tells us if we have the password correct, yet some of you say that you were then told when you got to the location it was wrong. can someone explain the process to me so id know what is going on. I decided to start working on the brum pyramid today ans i am WELL CONFUSED! i can see ill be as obscesssed with the pyramid as i was with the isis!!!!

cheers

Hi SPL and welcome to the forum.

In the case of Real rather than Virtual pyramids, the password checker was introduced to help out people who live a long way from the pyramid that they are intersted in. If the checker confirms your password is correct you then need to go to the location with your key to claim the gold coin. The keeper only knows a few letters of the password. If they are present in your password the keeper will phone a representative of Sonic Warp and you will have to tell them the password to claim the gold coin. The only thing the checker does not tell you is if the gold has already been claimed. You can only determine this by thoroughly reading the forum and hoping that claimants have posted their story. The situation that you describe where a password has been confirmed by the checker but refused by the keeper has not to the best of my knowledge occured (and shouldn't have occured). If you post a link to the post that gave you this idea I would be interested.

If the password checker confirms your password it is possible that on arriving at the location the gold has already gone in which case you no longer need the password to open the pyramid, only the key. The pyramid will then only contain the remaining silver coins. If you claim a silver coin your adventure will end for that Isis and you will no longer have access to the pyramid maps or be able to claim another gold coin without purchasing another Isis.

Hope this is of help.
