Pyramid Questions, plz some clarification

Postby ellefaye » Mon Sep 08, 2008 7:14 pm

Hi all,

Introduction
About one month ago I was at my neighbours house and asked my neighbour what the hell that ball was he was fiddeling with. He asked me: "do you like puzzles?" I said : "Yes, love them". He said... "well this is an Isis and you wont solve this one".
I refused to leave his house before I opened the damned thing. To keep a short story short... at 03:30 am, after just 4 hours puzzling... I opened it. He had the ball for some time (like 3 months or so) I wasn't to happy someone, a girl, opened it in 4 hours flat.

The next day I rushed to the nearest toystore and bought one to pester my parents. Now 3,5 weeks later they have finaly opened it with maybe too much hints from me LOL, cause I couldn't wait to get started with the real game... finding the gold.

Question 1
The pyramid near The Hague on the map in Holland. Number 14 (if I can remember it right)...
I read here on the forum that this pyramide was moved from somewhere in Belgium to the Netherlands? Is this true?
If yes... I read that the clue itself didn't change. Does this mean that someone has made a huge booboo? Cause the clue consists of the location and password right... well doesn't the clue have to be changed seeing the location has changed? The foto is named "belguim1". I'm woried I'm hurting my brain for nothing because someone has forgotten us cloggs and forgot to change to foto and clue.

Question 2
The Pyramids on the map. Are they placed on the map correctly? I mean... is the placing on the map similiar to the real location? Has it been checked for the Dutch pyramids? I can't zoom in much... so I can think of 10 places where it can be. On the forum I read that the regions are mentioned very specific. Can this be done for the Dutch pyramids (there are 2).
The pyramids are huge compaired to little Holland.

Question 3
Have the two active pyramids in Holland been found yet? I don't think so... but does anybody know for sure? Would be ace to be the first.

Question 4 (the last)
Any Dutch competition around???

Thanks in advance for the answers...!!!

Greets from Holland.

Hi ellefaye, and welcome to the Isis Adventure. Opening the Isis is the easy part, now you move on to the part that will fry your brain.
Your questions,

1) I also read about the move and the photo name, I think that there was maybe a mistake made when the pyramid was placed, or it was/is a bluff.
The pyramid location is easy to find in comparison to some of the UK pyramids. My advice would be to ignore the "belguim 1" thing.

2) The pyramids on the map are purposely placed near to the location but they are never exact, pyramid 14 is no exception to this rule.

3) I know the location for both of them; I know that at least one of them has been visited by another hunter, although I have visited neither.

4) There are a few Dutch hunters there are also another few forums for our European friends,HERE & HERE

Happy hunting.

Thanks Steve!

I see pyramid 14 has been placed some time ago. Has it been opened yet?
Also I've read that people knew the location because of the photo but couldn't see the link in the clue. I don't live near the Hague so I don't recognize the photo.
Is the location hidden in the clue? Or do you really need the photo for that and the clue is 100% for the password? If so... I'll have to switch to the other pyramid.
BTW... has anybody opened any Dutch pyramid yet. I read and see photo's of Americains and Brits opening a pyramid but no Dutchies.

Hi Elle,

Welcome to the Isis adventure, and welcome to the Dutch part of it!
It's amazing that your nearest toy store has the Isis in stock, there are not too many Dutch shops seling the Isis.
Do not expect answers to all of your questions here on the forum, especially not outside the 5% forum.
Don't try to avoid hurting your brain, it's a precondition to solving a Pyramid riddle!

You are more than welcome in the 5% forum, also on the Dutch Forum at http://www.tron.be/forum
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Did you know there is a 5% group on the European forum too :?:
It's cunningly called the "Isis 1 solved group" 8) .
It is by far not as busy as this UK/US forum, but you may help changing that, since that forum group may be the most interesting place to discuss your questions (in je moerstaal) :!:
Check out this link for details.

Read you later,
Louis(is)
