Thanks for that Pete! Now that you've explained it, it makes much more sense than what I heard before...
Ashton Memorial is a folly in Williamson Park, Lancaster.
The building is in the Edwardian Baroque style.
An example of Neo-baroque architecture is the Alferaki Palace in Taganrog, Russia.
Taganrog is located on the Sea of Azov.
Azov means Low in Turkish.
The Turkish city of Sevastopol was awarded the honanry title of 'Hero City' after the war.
...which seemed a bit all over the place without the mention of the bit about the Cold War! Thanks again!

Puzz said it was ok to post, so... plus WP will welcome the extra visitors! Go see the butterfly house while you're there, they have a live one running loose in there that's literally a foot wide! Scared the hell out of us. Mind you, that said, there's still plenty of Gold out there somewhere... :P
