Is the Sentinel a new puzzle?

Is the Sentinel a new puzzle or just a re-labeled NKryptor? This one fell under my radar and I had not noticed its existence until I saw it for sale on a Canadian puzzle site that I like to frequent. It does look a lot like an NKryptor and the 5% club is the same for both which leads me to believe that they are the same puzzle just with a different “game” attached to them. I have access to the 5% club but there has been no discussion about the Sentinel in there as of yet.

I already have 2 NKryptors (1 I bought, 1 from a promotion). Is it worth also buying a Sentinel? I’m not interested in the “games”, just the physical puzzles.
