The Isis Adventure

Hello,

I finally opened my ISIS puzzle after a few years of it just sitting there.. I can't believe it. Inside there was a metal key but there are no numbers on the key itself. There are engraved numbers on the inside of the puzzle but when i enter those on ISIS adventure for this particular registered puzzle, it says invalid.. Any ideas of what I need to do?

Did you bought it second hand? Maybe it was already registered, if so write sonic to unregister it and register it new. If it was new maybe the order of the numbers was incorrect. The number on the outside is the registration number the number on the inside (not on the key and not on the washer) is the keynumber...a bit confusing.

The ISIS puzzle was purchased brand new from the Marbles store. Im fairly sure I'm entering the correct numbers in, although I only get an invalid response.

Did you get ahold of Sonic Games, and did they fix the issue? This happened to one of my Ramisis numbers and Andrew was able to reset it for me.
