Need some help guys

So opened my isis to show friends and now the placentas are 180 degrees away from each other with a gap between. Any ideas?

Sounds like it unlocked before you got it all the way shut again (or open, if you didn't get it open to show them). Easiest way to fix it is to resolve it, but instead of opening it, twist it shut the rest of the way.

I've tried to reopen it but it won't. Without firing off details in this forum area, the first part of opening it can't be done as it's on the opposite side, it just won't enter.

Any other ideas?

Shoot me a PM with the details of what you did. The position of the placentas won't affect your ability to open it (which is what it sounds like the scenario is). If you put any of the internal pieces back incorrectly, we might be able to help, but you also might need to send it back for repair.
