The Isis Adventure

Hi there, not sure if anyone can help but I have an Eagle Isis. I had an original Isis which I opened fine and I'm now understanding that the mechanics of this Eagle may be different. However I just want to check if anyone has an idea about how it should sound? I have a ball rattling round constantly but I've tried to find its 'place' but can't find anything. The only time I have silence is when it's upside down. Does anyone know if it's normal and I'm just not cracking it or if there's an issue with a ball being somewhere it shouldn't be?
