Isis Orb won't re-lock

I have received my order. I have also opened my Isis Orb, and now it will not re-lock. I have followed all instructions with no luck. I used to own the Sharper Image Isis Orb and I enjoyed that one for many many years with no problems. I’m hoping the quality of the puzzles have not diminished over the years.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have the Black and Gold Orb

Here is a picture of my Original Isis. I am sad to say that I find my first Isis better quality than this new Black and Gold one. Hopefully customer service can help me. I wish they had a way for US customers to call them.
