The Isis Adventure

I’m a new Isis adventurer and I have a couple questions that I haven’t been able to find the answers to.

Background, I purchased the puzzle from a guy who said he never solved it.

First question, do I need to reset this puzzle back to an original state? If so, how? Right now there seems to be a single ball bearing that is able to roll completely around the puzzle when I hold it button up.

Second, I tried registering on the site with this puzzle and it’s already registered under “another user”. I’ve sent a message to www.isisadventure.co.uk asking them how to register this puzzle to me through their “contact us” page, and haven’t received a response in over 5 days. They don’t seem to respond to messages since I also sent them a message a week ago asking if there was a difference in the Isis challenge between different colored spheres. Anyone know that answer? I've also contacted the previous owner to see if he would help. (no response yet)

It's a slower process now. Last time I emailed puzz, he reset my ISIS registration, but didn't tell me. I found out by just trying it out one day, so I don't know when he did it. It doesn't bother me since it's such a minor thing.

Besides, if you think opening it is frustrating, just try deciphering his riddles.

As for the puzzle itself, it sounds like you're good to go. What you described sounds like a fully set/reset puzzle. Good luck!
