The Isis Adventure

So my Isis broke for real before I could completely finish solving it, the bottom part right above the third ring completely broke off. I had almost completed the Isis, at the final stage as I was to unscrew the bottom half it snapped off where I said it had. Very upset and disappointed for it to break so easy!

That sounds very unusual - I've not heard of that happening before. I'm sure if you get in touch with Sonic Games they will arrange for a swift replacement.

I contacted Andrew and he said he would replace it, I was excited he responded so quickly and I can't wait until I receive my new one!

The customer service from Sonic Games has always been top notch - If there's a problem they'll sort it immidiatly, if not sooner!
