rare isis won on ebay.. any insite

I just won this ISIS from the UK and the seller has no idea what an isis even is. I emailed puzz about it and he said it was made for COMIC RELIEF ? i have no clue what that is im the US. he also said there's only one ever made. Very interested on this any help from anyone>?
