Isis ball locked at 180 degrees

I got my Isis a couple of days ago and have been trying to figure it out since then, yes, like a obsession.
But I have encountered a small problem.
i heard a *click* and i were just about to open it, when it suddenly got stuck at 180 degrees, I can't screw it back in place, and it won't open anymore.
This is kind of frustrating, please help.

that rattling sound that i think im supposed to hear is not there

You just need to repeat what you did before it started twisting initially, keep up the obsession and you'll get there
