Isis ball locked at 180 degrees

Hello my fellow puzzlers.
I got my Isis a couple of days ago and have been trying to figure it out since then, yes, like a obsession.
But I have encountered a small problem.

i heard a *click* and i were just about to open it, when it suddenly got stuck at 180 degrees, I can't screw it back in place, and it won't open anymore.
This is kind of frustrating, please help.

that rattling sound that i think im supposed to hear is not there

Hi Gramzon,

Your ISIS is okay You just need to repeat what you did before it started twisting initially, keep up the obsession and you'll get there
