Not sure if my isis is broken or what

I have a Isis that has never been opened. I can get the third ball into the middle and to the halfway stage but after that I cant progress. I press the plunger down which stops halfway because of the ball, turn it over well holding the plunger in, slightly release pressure to make sure to hold onto the 3rd ball but no matter how I turn it from that point I cannot get the small balls into place. Does not matter which direction I rotate it, how I rotate it, what speed I rotate it, or how long I rotate it for I can still hear a ball moving inside. Again, I am absolutely certain I am keeping the middle ball in place. I can hear one of the tiny balls rolling around freely inside but the other sounds like it will only move when I turn it very certain ways.

I am at breaking point and I am long passed the point of having fun, I just want it opened. Any suggestions at this point would be extremely appreciated.

Sounds to me that you are very close to open it, keep trying and fiddling to get both bb's on their place, it seems to me that you have both in one circle.
