Isis Key Code Error

Hey guys, well I got my first Isis last week and registered it right away. I managed to unlock it a couple days ago, and when I went to enter the key code I found inside, I received an error message saying that the code was incorrect. I used the 'contact us' form to address the issue already, I was just wondering how long I can expect to wait for a response. I was also wondering how common this error was? Has it happened to anyone else with their Isis puzzle or any other puzzle of the series? Thanks =]

have a few of these puzzles, but never had a wrong code.
but on the other hand I've noticed a few times that because of the bad lighting it's hard to read the codes and some numbers can get confusing (like 3 and 8, etc) - checking out the numbers in various angles and different light conditions, as well as zooming on digital photos of it might help with that.
I'd propose to check and double check whether you have the correct code.

Also now that the disc game exists, make sure to get the right set of numbers, the ones NOT on the metal diskthats near the plunger
