Locked/Broken .. little help please

I opened my Isis, entered the code on the site with success, but a problem occurred during reassembly. When it opened, some 'pieces' came out, and I may have put one back in the wrong place =(

In any event, it screwed shut to the point where the lock drops, but the plunger fully depresses (always), and I can't get it open or closed.


Has anyone else done this? Is the only solution to send it back and pay for service?


Any help would be appreciated. =)

YOu need to repeat the process you did to unlock it this will allow you to reopen it
