Ok, I had this same problem before I came to these forums!
Check the following to see where you are up to:
1. Have you decypered the clues that came in the booklet? (10 of them)
2. Can you hear three ball bearings?
3. If not, have you heard of the "extra clue" to help you get it? (It was posted on this forum - I was completely stuck until I read it... It mentions the "dominant theory of the universe".
If you've done all of these, you're at the same place I am... and I'm stuck now. I *think* I know what I'm supposed to be doing but so far it's not working!

Be happy you have one I say
If I had any info I'd share it, but I don't unfortunately

When i bought mine, I kinda got lucky.. I opened it on the day I got it.
However my way was simply looking at the clues and trying to find a different meaning for them, didnt work for 9 of them but with one it did, then Eureka... I cracked it
So what im trying to say.. think of the clues from a different angle (well one of them)

Which clue should I be looking at from a different angle? I've thought of four in a few different ways, but none of them seem to work.

Oh dear god!
I'm going crazy. I have the clues but I just can not work them out, all those mixed up letters are hurting my eyes.
I've played with the ball, turning the rings, pressing the button til my thumbs can't take anymore................
I can hear 2 or more little balls inside (I'm almost sure its 3 I hear) and I've heard about this 'B B' thing you're meant to do after you hear 3 balls but nothing happens.
I'm not asking for answers but can anyone lead me in the right direction in working out the clues?
I'm gonna have high blood pressure soon.
Got it

Ok, I understand now. But if I did the first one right then it changes for the second which is a bugger.
I was getting really pleased with myself when I thought I could go through them all with the same rule.
Oh well, just makes the fun last longer.

If it's any consolation it took me much longer to decipher the clues than it did to open the puzzle with clues in hand!

Hmmmm I worked out the clues relativly fast, but it took me longer to open the isis. I read, read and read again the translated clues. When I finished that I......read some more. When I asked for help, everybody suggested me to.............read some more. My isis is open, and first now I can see that I actually did get help. So guess what my advise is going to be.....
you will love it when you get there... (by the way. Just read about a guy who spent 11 monts opening the isis!!!) Keep on

HA,
Did you finally figure out how to open your ISIS just from reading, or did you have to do something else. I've been researching ancient egypt and names of pharohs to try to get an idea for the orientation of the rings. Is this nessecary, or will I be able to open my ISIS purely from the information in the booklet?

themagicdude,
You may have opened it by the time I'm posing this. I know I've seen your posts at other places in the forums, but I've read so many I'm losing track of who has solved it and who hasn't, lol...
Either way, I have yet to open mine. I've been reading the forums for hours. But what I can say is that everything you need is in the clues. All 11 clues. And there is a clue that should help you understand those rings a little better...
Off to read more of these %^#@ posts...

Stop reading the forum, focus on the ball instead ...

I know, but everyone's just told me to re-read the clues, and look around on the forums, because there's a wealth of information on here as well.
I haven't found any of it. The most useful thing I've found has been the advice that I should think about what the clues are telling me to do as opposed to what they say.
No matter. I'm still very, very lost. I know I have the third ball bearing out, I just don't know what to do with it from there...
