EXTREME Orb question

Have a difficult time with my extreme ISIS. I do have 1 question just to be sure it is in the correct operation. I notice a bearing spinning inside. I know the regular Orb does not do that. I mean when you spin the Orb in either direction and STOP, you can hear one bearing still rotating inside. Is this normal for an Extreme ISIS? Thanks!!

That's normal and it's in pretty much every isis. 
Extreme,Devil,Deep blue,Aurum,Purple Haze,Eagle-Isis,Tessarisis 5%
