My son has had his Isis for about 2 years. He didn't mess with it much but we just got intrigued again today. He worked on it for a while and felt like he was getting close but now it's stuck. Any suggestions? I saw a couple of other posts on this but no clear instruction on how to get it unjammed. Thanks for assistance!!

That depends on just how it is stuck... Can you explain a little further?

I think I've hit a similar issue. As I was twisting open the ISIS it relocked and now the placenta are about 2mm apart, the ISIS is silent, and the plunger goes all the way down.
I accidentally let go of the plunger while trying to open it... Now I guess I'll never be able to twist it apart.

You should be fine. This has happened to me many times as my locking mechanism is pretty sensitive and engages while I'm attempting to close the ball; it locks with the ball only half way closed. Just keep attacking it the normal way. Get the plunger to it's halfway state again and proceed as normal from there.

It turned out mine just needed some force to open. Mine had a key in it (the actual key looking one. Not the original.) so it must have been sitting at the warehouse for a while. I was pretty happy to get an actual key. Was expecting to need it shipped.

What a luck! Mine has no key, too new. I had to ask Andrew for it, but nevertheless it can't open pyramids.

Why do they try and get you to do a membership when there are no pyramids actually left to find? That is a little frustrating. They should remove that option from the website.
