ISIS BB MISSING - IMPORTANT

I swirled it around as i got it this afternoon. (I have been reading ALOT about it. before buying it, knew it was supposed to have 2 balls rolling to start with) At first it didn't make a single sound, not one. Then I gave it some hard spins and what seemed like one ball made noise.
I just played randomly with it for some time and then when i tried to press the plunger, it wouldn't go in, and before i knew, it was open...
It was very strange. when i opened it, i looked inside and saw a big bb in the middle of a solid disk in the bottom half. it could be taken away and reveal another bb in the bottom. but not the two bb's i expected. this is dissappointing.
Does the last missing bb have anything to do with the ability to cheat your way through/open the puzzle? and what should I do. I would prefer to just close it again and send it right back to the company I bought it from and recieve another one, which does work.

Okay, you've revealed the top BB.

If you remove this and pull the locking piece up from the base, try giving it a spin, you should hear one or more BB's rolling in the base.

If you do this and can hear BB's then there is nothing wrong with your Isis.

Be warned, you will have to silence the BB's in the base before you can push the lock down again before replacing the top BB and closing the puzzle.

hi Crane, according to your description you opened your isis the way it was meant to be, so don't send it back to the seller. not all isis-es have 2 BB in the bottom part.

also I think you should have taken some picture of it, apply for the isis 5% club and post such details there.

PS: are you aware of that reading/investigating just too much about it might easily ruin the game for you, right?

I didn't know, that not all have 2 BB's,
then I technically hae solved it but it would be kinda cheat just posting a pic and getting into the club.

Missing the last BB in the bottom half wouldn't affect it at all?

and I think there were something about getting a Key when opening it, it isn't there, and if I remember correctly, then they can ship it to me?

Last and final, I would be sorry if I had to pretend that I knew what I did just to get to the instructions on how to close it up again
That seems like the only way to get help how to close it again
I am afraid to screw up and lock it up for good if I close it the wrong way.
