180 degrees and open a crack

I've been playing with my Isis for about an hour and I got to the point where the placentas are 180 degrees apart and it's open a crack. Is this supposed to do this, I only hear one bb inside? What should I do?

I have literally done just the same thing, apparently from doing a bit of research online it is fine and you just need to repeat the clues and then it will work!
Can some one please confirm if thats true please?
